Stan Grenz 1950-2005

The theological world suffered a major loss yesterday when Dr. Stan Grenz of Carey Theological College in Vancouver, Canada died of a heart attack. He was a giant, an evangelical theologian of the first rank who challenged and pushed evangelical thought in new and sometimes surprising directions. His work was taken seriously by a wide variety of people, evangelical and not; we are all poorer for losing him far too soon. Here is a post with more information. Requiescat in pacem.
